Mr. SESAN ADETILOYE
Sesan Adetiloye is currently head of the Corporate Finance department facilitating and structuring appropriate strategic funding requirements for exploration, development, and production of oil assets in Conoil Producing Ltd. He has had a 15-year of cognate experience spanning across various divisions of Investment and Corporate Banking of the financial service industry. He was the Head of Structured Finance Division of BGL Plc covering Debt Capital market, Securitisation and Project Finance Advisory Services. He also had a 3-year stint as an advisory team member on key corporate finance deals involving recapitalization and mergers & acquisitions of major operators of key sectors of the Nigerian economy.
He was at various times the Head of Financial Intuitions Division as well as the Chief Marketing Officer, (West) of BGL Securities Limited overseen business developments with regards to Commercial Banks, Pension Funds Administrators, Closed Pension Funds, Trustees, Insurances and other financial institutions. The tentacles of his expertise also covered all south west public sector drivers of Nigeria economic pushing sub-sovereign and infrastructural financial instruments across the region. Sesan holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting at Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Securities Trading of Nigeria as well as Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Nigeria
