MR. JOSEPH OLAWALE OLUWADEBI
Joseph Olawale Oluwadebi is the Managing Partner of Oafinc Partners Limited. Olawale is a respected financial professional with over 15 years of cognate experience. He started his career with ICT Company as Accounts Officer and rose to the position of General Manager. Olawale joined the Investment and Finance company in 2007 and rose to become the Chief Finance Officer of Primera Africa Finance Group with a successful career in managing risk and compliance issues, tax advisory, treasury management, and corporate reporting. As CFO, he provided the management with critical decision-making data and financial analysis for its subsidiaries for strategic decisions.
His key achievements include a successful execution of various corporate finance deals and financial reporting such as Corporate Restructuring, Merger & Acquisition, Financial Modelling, IFRS Conversion, etc. Olawale has an M.Sc. in International Corporate Finance from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK and MBA from the University of Ado Ekiti (Now Ekiti State University). He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He has participated in various local and international training on Accounting and Finance programs
