Dr. Becky Odunlami
Dr. Becky Odunlami is a Geologist with over 14 years of professional experience. She has been involved in numerous geological mappings and mineral exploration projects across Nigeria.
Dr Becky is a strategic individual who is proficient in building strong partnerships with public and private investors in the mining sector. As a Chief Geologist at the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency (NGSA), she played key roles in geological mappings and updating the Nigerian Mineral Database through the exploration for gold deposits in the FCT, Kebbi State, exploration and evaluation of Carbonate Deposits in Oyo State, prospecting for kaolin in Ekiti State amongst many other projects.
She is currently involved in the Geochemical mapping program for Nigeria. Dr. Becky holds a Doctorate degree in Geology, from the University of Ibadan, a Masters of Technology in Mineral Exploration from the Federal University of Technology Minna, a Post Graduate Diploma in Geoinformation Production and Management from the Regional Centre for Training in Aerospace Surveys (RECTAS) and a Bachelors Degree in Geology from the University of Ilorin. She is a recipient of the Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA) training and the Australia Awards in Africa Training also a member of the African Women in Leadership Network (AWLN)
