Promoting STEM and Women Empowerment
Success Waymarks Foundation (SWF) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) pioneered and position to influence gender disparity and provide value-based training, innovative ideas, and mentorship in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in order to entrench young female involvements in STEM.
Our vision is to empower and educate Nigerian youth (especially females) in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics by mentoring and providing academic training towards their development in attaining a leadership position. Success Waymarks Foundation is also passionate about supporting the education of less-privileged children in the rural area of Nigeria.
Our Mission
Success Waymarks Foundation recognizes that one of the ways to tackle the challenge of poverty and under-development in Nigeria is to empower more female students in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), thereby contributing to Sustainable Development Goals (SGD-5, women empowerment, and gender equality).
Success Waymarks Foundation also provides educational supports and relevant activities that will improve the quality of life of the less-privileged children, especially in rural communities. We strive for excellence in educating, encouraging and equipping future

Our Motivation

We live in a society that is surrounded by negativity, the average female faces discrimination, prejudices, and many disadvantages. Our charge is to be part of the solution and agent of transformation to Nigerian girls and women. “Education & Inspiration is the chosen vehicle – when you give a girl child Education and Inspiration, you give an opportunity to succeed in life. You give Hope”.
What We Do
- Organizing STEM workshops and seminars for female students both in higher institutions and secondary schools.
- Providing mentorship to girls and young females towards their educational and entrepreneurial pursuits and developing their leadership potentials.
- Engaging secondary school girls in after-school and summer activities in STEM fields.
- Providing scholarships to promising but indigent girls in the field of STEM at qualitative institutions across Nigeria.
- Providing guidance on how to secure international scholarships and grants.
- Organizing entrepreneurial training and skill acquisition programs for women and young people particularly teenage girls.
